HC77 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

Welcome to HC77. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and HC77 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "HC77") governing your access to and use of the HC77 online gaming platform accessible at hc77.biz and any associated mobile applications.

HC77 is an online gaming platform designed specifically for players in Pakistan. All services, games, promotions and transactions on HC77 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). By completing the registration process on HC77 and clicking to accept these Terms, you confirm that you have read, fully understood and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms and all policies referenced within them, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any HC77 service. Continued use of HC77 following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updates.

To open and maintain an account on HC77, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. HC77 strictly prohibits use of its platform by minors. We conduct age verification checks and reserve the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time.
• You must be a natural person acting in your personal capacity. Corporations, trusts and other legal entities may not register HC77 accounts.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme or list that prohibits you from using online gaming services.
• You must be the sole owner and authorised user of the payment methods linked to your HC77 account.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer or director of HC77, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• Your use of HC77 must not violate any law or regulation applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

HC77 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time by requesting documentation. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

Each eligible individual may hold only one HC77 account. The existence of multiple accounts registered by the same person – whether under the same or different names, addresses, phone numbers or payment methods – is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering your HC77 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and truthful information at the time of registration and to update this information promptly if it changes.
• Keep your login credentials – username, password and any two-factor authentication details – strictly confidential and not share them with any other person.
• Notify HC77 support immediately if you become aware or suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity carried out via your HC77 account, whether or not you were personally responsible for that activity.

HC77 will send account communications to the email address or phone number provided at registration. It is your responsibility to ensure this contact information remains accurate and that you check it regularly. HC77 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate contact details.

All HC77 deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). HC77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

The following conditions apply to all HC77 deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 50 for mobile wallet transfers (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) and Rs 200 for card and IBFT payments.
• Funds deposited into your HC77 account are for gaming purposes only. HC77 is not a financial institution and your HC77 wallet is not a bank account – do not treat it as a savings facility.
• All funds deposited on HC77 must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. HC77 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• HC77 does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which HC77 accepts no responsibility.
• HC77 reserves the right to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) checks on deposits and to request documentation verifying the source of funds when deposits exceed certain thresholds or exhibit unusual patterns.
• Deposited funds do not earn interest.

HC77 processes withdrawal requests in PKR to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit or the payment method registered as the player's primary account. The following conditions apply:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• HC77 does not charge a withdrawal fee. Processing times are: Easypaisa/JazzCash/NayaPay/SadaPay – within 5 minutes; IBFT – within 1–2 business hours; Visa/Mastercard – within 1 business day.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name. HC77 will reject any withdrawal request to a third-party account and may flag the account for review.
• Before your first withdrawal, HC77 may require completion of standard Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This typically involves providing a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card). HC77 processes KYC verifications as quickly as possible, typically within 4 hours.
• HC77 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the satisfactory completion of any AML or fraud review. We will inform you if your withdrawal is subject to such a review and provide an estimated resolution timeframe.
• Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw ineligible funds will result in the bonus being voided.

HC77 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which are published alongside each offer in the Promotions section of the HC77 platform. The following general bonus conditions apply to all HC77 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted. The exact wagering multiple for each bonus is stated in the promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire after a set number of days from the date of award. Unused bonus funds are voided upon expiry.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, table games and live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate. Contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• One bonus per promotion: Each promotion may only be claimed once per player and once per household, device or IP address, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings: Certain promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from winnings generated using bonus funds. This cap, if applicable, is stated clearly in the promotion's terms.
• Abuse: HC77 reserves the right to void bonuses and close accounts where bonus abuse, including collusion, system manipulation or the use of multiple accounts, is detected.

HC77 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated through the HC77 platform and will not affect bonuses that have already been credited and for which wagering is already in progress.

HC77 provides a library of games including, but not limited to, Poker, Baccarat, Roulette, Live Casino tables, Card Games (including Teen Patti and Andar Bahar) and Ludo Games. Each game is governed by its individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. The following general provisions apply across all HC77 games:

• All software-based games on HC77 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted, manipulated or influenced by any party including HC77 itself.
• Live casino games use real physical equipment – cards, wheels, dice – operated by professional human dealers in studio environments. Game outcomes are determined by these physical processes, not by software algorithms.
• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game, HC77 will endeavour to settle the bet based on the game state at the time of the fault. Where settlement is not possible, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to your account.
• HC77's settlement of all bets is final. Bets will not be reversed after settlement except in cases of clear system error or documented dealer error in live games.
• Players are expected to act in good faith at all times. Any attempt to exploit game bugs, errors or glitches is a breach of these Terms and will result in winnings being voided and accounts being suspended.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on HC77. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended and all associated balances forfeited. HC77 reserves the right to report relevant conduct to appropriate authorities where legally required.

• Creating or operating multiple HC77 accounts.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification or any communication with HC77.
• Using automated bots, scripts, macros or any software to interact with HC77 games, except where HC77 has explicitly authorised such use in writing.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Attempting to hack, penetrate or otherwise interfere with HC77's platform, servers or game software.
• Engaging in any activity that HC77 reasonably suspects to constitute money laundering, fraud or any other financial crime.
• Abusing any bonus, promotion or free play offer in a manner that HC77 determines to be in bad faith or outside the spirit of the offer.
• Using offensive, abusive or threatening language in any HC77 chat or communication channel.
• Allowing another person to use your HC77 account, whether or not you are present.

HC77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other financial crime.
• At the player's own request (for self-exclusion or responsible gaming purposes).
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, verified deposits that are not associated with fraudulent activity or bonus abuse will be returned to the player upon conclusion of the investigation, less any amounts owed to HC77. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, HC77 may, at its sole discretion, void all balances, bonuses and pending transactions on the account.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their HC77 account may do so by contacting support@hc77.biz. HC77 will process voluntary account closure requests within 48 hours. Any eligible remaining balance will be returned via your registered payment method.

HC77 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should be entertaining and remain within the financial and personal means of every player. HC77 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible from the account settings menu:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to control how much you fund your account.
• Session time reminders: Receive a notification after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a chosen period between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from HC77 for a minimum period of 6 months or indefinitely.

HC77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By creating an HC77 account, you consent to the collection, use and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected by HC77 includes, but is not limited to: your name, contact information, date of birth, CNIC details (for KYC purposes), payment account information and gaming activity data. This data is used for account management, payment processing, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring and, where you have given consent, marketing communications.

HC77 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and regulatory authorities as necessary for the operation of the platform and compliance with applicable laws. All data sharing arrangements are governed by appropriate data processing agreements.

All content on the HC77 platform – including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video and the HC77 brand name – is the intellectual property of HC77 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the HC77 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license or create derivative works from any HC77 content without prior written consent from HC77.

HC77 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While HC77 makes every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability and service quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to HC77 at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HC77 excludes all liability for:

• Any losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the HC77 platform.
• Any losses arising from reliance on any information provided on the platform.
• Losses attributable to technical faults, server outages, internet connectivity issues or any events beyond HC77's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages.

HC77's total liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits HC77's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by HC77's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

HC77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, HC77 will notify registered players via email or through a notification on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless a shorter notice period is required due to legal, regulatory or security reasons.

The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of HC77 following the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using HC77 and may request account closure by contacting support@hc77.biz.
